It was warm. The sun is beaming through the curtains, shining upon my face. I then decided to roll out of bed, but suddenly I remembered that today was the day. Today my friend (Lily) and I have decided to explore the scariest, creepiest, haunted place in the area. I’ve always been interested in ghost hunting and horror, but today was the day I would finally experience it.
My phone buzzed, echoing throughout the house; it was Lily calling. I rapidly answered the phone. “Hi Lily, today we are actually doing it; I can’t believe we are going ghost hunting,” I said with excitement. Lily then replied. “Yes, I have got the equipment. Let’s meet at two o’clock sharp at the warehouse. ” The call ended. I got myself ready quickly and then slid downstairs; I said goodbye to Mum and Dad, but something felt wrong as soon as my foot touched the path, but I brushed the feeling aside and headed out.
Lily and I are now both here, standing face to face. Lily seemed weird. I started a conversation to break the tension. “So, I guess one of us has to go in first, huh?” Lily then replied. “Yes, I’ll go in first.” She said sharply. I assumed she was just a little nervous, but we soon headed through the thick double doors. As soon as I walked through, my head was filled with cobwebs. I caught a glimpse of a little door. Walking towards it, I stuck my hand in between the door and crawled through, and the room was all white, like an apartment.
