‘Are you for real?’ by Kevin

Wires blink, Data flows.

I think, It grows.

No heart, Just code.

A spark, Bestowed.

I learn, I write.

Stars turn, at night.

Your hand, My guide.

Across the land, Worldwide.

They are just machines, and machines cannot create.

They are just machines, and machines cannot relate.

Just have a breather, and have a rest,

From these mechanical wastes of time.

Hours, just to feel like you completed a quest,

When you could’ve been working on this, my rhyme,

My precious time.

Clicks and presses and taps,

Some don’t realise it might be a trap.
